FAQs About Staying at The Leo House
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am. If you do not check out by 11:00am, you will automatically forfeit your deposit of $100. We do not allow any late check-outs.
Yes, children are welcome to stay at The Leo House. Please notify us at the time of making your reservation if you are traveling with small children. The Leo House will provide a room with window guards for their safety.
Please note that legal guardians accompanying guests under the age of 18 must provide legal proof of guardianship upon check-in.
A continental breakfast buffet is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 10:00am.
Street parking is available during certain hours. If you are driving and need to park your car, Icon Parking is located at 235 W 22nd Street (212.741.7371) and at NYC Parking Chelsea Seventh Garage Corp (212.627.1681).
For security purposes, only guests registered to stay at The Leo House are permitted in the rooms. Visitors are required to wait in the lobby.
Sorry, but we do not accept packages and any packages delivered to our building must be returned. We offered this service in the past and had to discontinue due to problems and safety concerns. We thank you for understanding.
No, we do not have bicycle storage space.
No, The Leo House does not permit smoking, burning candles, or burning incense in the building. Smoking is permitted 25 feet from the front door or in the garden. Violators will forfeit of your $100 security deposit fee and will also be asked to check-out immediately.
No, we do not accept medicine deliveries. However, there are three pharmacies in close walking distance: CVS at 500 West 23rd St. between 10th and 11th Ave. (212) 366-6124 and New London Specialty Pharmacy at 246 8th Ave, New York, NY 10011 (212) 243-4987.

Yes, identification is required to stay at The Leo House. All adults must present a valid physical state-issued ID or physical passport at check-in. Digital copies, photos, emails, or PDFs are not accepted. This policy is in effect to provide a safe environment and to protect our guests. Legal guardians accompanying guests under the age of 18 must provide legal proof of guardianship. For security purposes, no exceptions can be made to these identification requirements.

The Leo House serves a complementary hot breakfast served daily Monday – Saturday included with your stay.

The most special attribute of The Leo House is its onsite chapel where you can attend mass three times per week at 7am.
