The Leo House is honored to welcome clergy of every denomination and religious priests, Sisters, and Brothers. Clergy is defined as one who leads an established congregation in prayer and has gone through a ritual of ‘ordination.’ For religious Sisters and Brothers, being professed in a religious community is verified by a provincial, congregational president, abbot/abbess, or prior/prioress. To ensure the clergy rate is applied correctly, the only acceptable forms of proof are a current letter of good standing from a bishop, religious superior, or valid celebret. For those who are retired, proof of activity in the ministry is still required. We regret that we cannot apply the clergy rate without required verification.
